Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Runie Consulting. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with our consulting services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
Services
Runie Consulting offers a range of services, including but not limited to agile transformation, capability development, leadership coaching, and change management. All services are tailored to meet client-specific needs, and detailed scopes of work will be outlined in individual contracts for each engagement.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be agreed upon in advance, based on the scope of work and the duration of the engagement. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or proposal provided to the client. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule consulting services by providing at least 7 days' written notice. For cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled service, 50% of the service fee may still apply. For cancellations within 24 hours, the full fee may be charged.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies used or provided by Runie Consulting remain the intellectual property of Runie Consulting, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use any materials provided for the agreed-upon engagement.
Confidentiality
Runie Consulting values client privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during the course of consulting engagements will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's prior written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Runie Consulting provides services on an advisory basis and will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services or recommendations. Clients are responsible for the implementation of any advice or strategies provided.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, timely information necessary for the successful delivery of services. Clients are also responsible for the implementation of advice and recommendations unless specific implementation services are outlined in the contract.
Force Majeure
Runie Consulting is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any other event considered a force majeure.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination. Any outstanding fees or obligations shall remain in effect.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Amendments
Runie Consulting reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the terms, and continued use of services or the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
