Cancellation Policy
At Runie Consulting, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation policy fair while maintaining the quality of our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you may do so without penalty, provided it is at least 7 days before the scheduled date. However, if a cancellation is made within 7 days of the service date, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the full fee will be charged.
