Refund Policy
At Runie Consulting, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our clients.
Consultation and Advisory Services
All fees for consulting and advisory services are agreed upon before the engagement begins. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not typically offered once work has commenced. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions.

Service Not Delivered: If a service has been paid for but not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be issued.

Unsatisfactory Services: If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will review the situation and may offer a partial or full refund based on the specific circumstances.
Fixed-Price Services
For fixed-price services (e.g., workshops, training sessions, or task-based services), the following refund policy applies.

Cancellation with 7 Days’ Notice or More: If you cancel a service 7 or more days before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation within 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start may incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

Cancellation within 24 Hours: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be provided as it is unlikely we will be able to reschedule on such short notice.
Custom Consulting Engagements
For larger, custom consulting engagements that are paid for in stages.

Deposits: Deposits paid to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Project Cancellation: If you wish to terminate the engagement mid-project, you will be invoiced for any work completed up to the termination date. Refunds for work not yet completed will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Changes or Postponements

Rescheduling: We understand that changes may be necessary. Services can be rescheduled without penalty if at least 72 hours' notice is provided.

Postponements: If a service is postponed by either party and rescheduled for a later date, no cancellation fees will apply, and payments will be applied to the rescheduled service.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@runieconsulting.com with the details of your request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
